Pets Welcome Upon Approval. Limit of 2 pets per home. No weight limit. Pet deposit is $400 per pet. Monthly pet rent of $50 will be charged per pet. Domestic Animals, no feral cats, indoor cats only, no exotic animals. Proof of vaccination required from veterinarian. Recent photo of pet(s). Pet Amenities: Pet Waste Stations
